Leaked water is the part of water that is supplied into the distribution system and does not generate revenue (NRW: Non-Revenue Water Management),
resulting in wastage. This can be caused by various factors within the water pipeline system, such as long-term use leading to burst pipes, damaged or inaccurate water meters, unauthorized water tapping, and inadequate water pipeline pressure management. Effective management and reduction of NRW are crucial aspects of the company's expertise. This includes employing the DMA (District Metering Area) method to monitor water loss, enhance distribution efficiency, pinpoint areas for pipeline system improvements, procure and install DMA equipment (water meters and pressure measurement devices), and conduct tests such as Zero test, Isolation test, Step test, among others.
